A drawing or map showing the precise legal boundaries of a property, the location of improvements, easements, rights of way, encroachments, and other physical features.
The property Evaluator does a survey to ensure the boundaries on the parcel of land correspond to those given on the deed. Thereafter, the Attorney drafting the new conveyance of ownership ensures rights of way are stated and any encroachments are rectified
