This Professional Certificate has been designed to provide the knowledge required to become an efficient Real Estate Agent, executing the highest standard of Global Brokerage Practice.
Who Should Enroll in this Professional Certificate Programme?
Suitable participants include;
Individuals considering a career in Real Estate Brokerage;
Real Estate Agents/Brokers with around 3 years’ experience or less in practical Real Estate;
Real Estate Market Participants or Individuals considering market participation- Building Contractors, Investors, Property Developers, Real Estate Trusts, Property Managers;
Individuals of linked-industries- Mortgage Officers, Attorneys, Valuers, Architects, Interior Designers;
Individuals seeking to develop general investment and/or real estate knowledge.
This Professional Certificate is made up of 10 sessions delivered across 5 weeks. Each session comprises of an average of 120 minutes segmented into interactive and lectured intervals.
Participation is both mandatory and essential to participants benefiting from the contents of each session.
Participants successfully acquiring a minimum passing grade of 70% on the Final Examination, with a maximum of two attempts, would be granted certification.
Final Examination comprises 50 multiple choice questions.
Participants are advised to review content of previous sessions as proceeding sessions build on communicated content.
